Annie (meaning grace).
Sun in Scorpio; Moon in Sagittarius.

Scorpio is intense, passionate and very personal, rushing past superficialities right to the heart of any matter. Her potent honesty is refreshing, bringing with it a sense of humor that releases any tension surrounding how absurd that original idea probably was. Purposefully tailoring every design seamlessly with the brand, mobile experience and personality, the Scorpion makes it look easy.

Sagittarius is the freedom-loving, unconventional, independent, drawn to whatever is different and original in life. To live creatively is to find one’s own way, even if this means going against the grain.

What I Do

Graphic Designer

My parents were high school teachers; my mother taught art and my father taught math and science. The dichotomy of two seemingly different areas of study set well with me. Giving art order: fine-tuning chaos into structure, is the art of Graphic Design. I graduating from the College of Visual Arts in 2002 with a B.A. and started my journey.

Enthusiastic about seeking the perfect design solution for each client, I have a unique way of absorbing each intricate detail to come up with a tactical, innovative marketing plan that is both engaging and effective. Managing my own high expectations as well as the client’s needs, while keeping each project on budget.

In depth, I collaborate with other designers, clients and team members to create print, digital, and web solutions. I establish entire identity systems, adhering to strict brand guidelines creating modern, branded collateral and packaging for all types of marketing initiatives. Additionally, I’ve harnessed and embraced digital media; designing enewsletters, updating social media feeds and launching emarketing campaigns. Fortunately, I’ve become adept at designing dynamic, cross-platform, responsive websites from boutique shops to banking firms, allowing a portfolio that is as rich as it is diverse.

I have the experience and proven ability to adapt quickly to ever-changing technology and design standards while seeking out challenging new ways to contribute my abilities.
